Our Fleet of Coaches, Minibuses and Chauffeur Cars

Book a chauffeur car when there are one to three of you and you want a private vehicle with a driver who is there for your journey alone. Executive saloons, typically from Mercedes or BMW, suit passengers travelling with hand luggage. Luxury saloons and MPVs give you more room, and an MPV is the better pick if you are taking large cases to the airport.

Every journey is booked in advance at a fixed price. Your chauffeur can meet you in arrivals or at your hotel on request, and airport pickups can include flight monitoring so the collection time moves with your flight.

You can book a single transfer, a return, or a chauffeur by the hour for meetings and events with several stops. Once your party reaches four people, a 4 to 8 seater minibus is usually more practical and keeps everyone in one vehicle.

The minibuses we arrange range from 4 to 16 seats in two size bands, and every one comes with a professional driver. A minibus fills the gap between a car and a coach, suits groups of roughly 3 to 16 people who want to travel together, and often works out more cost effective than several taxis.

The 4 to 8 seater band covers MPVs and small minibuses with around four to seven passenger seats plus the driver, which works well for families, small business teams and airport runs where everyone has a suitcase. The 8 to 16 seater band covers 8, 12, 14 and 16 seat minibuses with coach style seating, a seatbelt at every seat and rear or overhead luggage space.

Wide doors and an easy step make them simple to board for families and older passengers. Both bands come in standard, executive and luxury specifications, and many executive and luxury minibuses add USB charging and upgraded interiors.

Tell us about luggage as well as headcount, because a minibus with every seat taken has less spare room for cases, and we may suggest a larger vehicle. If anyone needs wheelchair access, mention it in your enquiry so we can match a suitable minibus from the start.

The coaches we arrange range from 16 seat midi coaches to 72 seat double deckers, in three bands of 16 to 32, 48 to 53 and 61 to 72 seats. Midi coaches suit groups of roughly 12 to 30 and are compact enough for narrow streets, rural venues and schools.

Full size coaches of 48, 49, 50 or 53 seats carry around 40 to 53 passengers, with high back seats and underfloor luggage lockers for longer journeys. The largest band covers 61, 65 and 72 seat coaches for 55 to 72 people. Many 72 seat double deckers have limited luggage space, so a big group with suitcases may be better in a 61 or 65 seat coach.

Every size comes in standard, executive or luxury specification, with air conditioning on executive and luxury coaches and an onboard toilet on many. Drivers’ hours are limited by law, normally to nine hours of driving a day, so a long itinerary may need a second driver or an overnight stop, which we build into your quote.

If anyone uses a wheelchair, raise it at the quote stage, because not every coach is fitted for wheelchair access.
