Some examples of instances where a passenger(s) could be refused entry or removed from a vehicle include but are not limited to:
The driver has the right to refuse a whole group entry onto the vehicle, regardless of whether the behavior is down to an individual or multiple people. Coach Hire Network has not had any instances of drivers needing to remove or refuse entry to passengers in recent years and we hope that this right would not need to be exercised by our drivers in the future. However, if there was an instance where this was the case, there is no compensation or remuneration expressed or implied and it would be the group’s responsibility to arrange and pay for alternative arrangements. Our drivers will report any threats of violence to the police and the details of the party leader will be given to help with their investigation.
