Your booking is confirmed once we issue written confirmation and receive your deposit. Unless agreed otherwise, a non-refundable deposit of 30% secures the booking and the balance is due 14 days before travel. For trips within 14 days, full payment is taken at the time of booking. You can pay by bank transfer, debit card or credit card.

Changes depend on vehicle and driver availability and may lead to a revised price or an administration fee, as set out in our terms and conditions. The earlier you let us know, the easier it is to adjust.
